CDC Issues Travel Restrictions to Travel Into the U.S.

This seems like it's a little too late. With the spread of COVID-19 and the new strain, the CDC is now issuing travel restrictions. If you are traveling into the U.S. internationally, you will be required to show proof of a negative covid test. So I think this is late because many other countries were already requiring that. According to USA Today, travelers flying into the United States from international destinations will have to show that negative test before boarding their flight. This new policy will go into effect January 26. This, of course, is in hopes of bringing the numbers down and prevent the spread. The CDC said travelers must get a viral test within three days before their flight to the U.S. If a passenger doesn't provide proof of a negative test or doesn't want to take that test, the airline will deny boarding. So don't be surprised if they tell you not to get on the flight if you refuse a test, because you know there is going to be at least one video, once this goes into effect, with that one person fussing about it. You know, kind of like how people complain about wearing masks.
