It's no often we get a black Christmas movie. You can probably count on both hands how many there have been. Often times, we get the family-type of movies but nothing like a classic-take on Christmas. Well that is about to change because playwright, author and filmmaker David E. Talbert is changing that up for us and giving us a new movie. Look out for "Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey" on Netflix. This will definitely give us a look with the extravagant costumes, magic and a list of stars from Forrest Whitaker, Phylicia Rashad, Anika Noni Rose and many more. Hip Hop Wired breaks the movie with famed toymaker Jeronicus Jangle (Whitaker), who finds himself under financial straits as his once-thriving business is at risk of going belly up thanks to his former friend turned snake (Keegan-Michael Key) doing him dirty. After Keegan goes and steals Jangle’s prized magical toy, it’s up to his granddaughter (Madalen Mills) to go on an adventure and save the day and the family business. The movie will hit Netflix on Nov. 13.
