It looks like 1/3 of Migos may be in trouble. While Quavo and Offset have been seen looking cozy with their ladies, Takeoff is being accused of rape. TMZ reports a woman is suing Takeoff for sexual battery, assault, emotional distress and more. The woman claims Takeoff made her uncomfortable at a party in June, before he raped her in the bathroom. Apparently, Takeoff was trying to get her attention but she wasn't interested. The woman claims when she was walking upstairs with someone who invited her to the party, Takeoff got upset and he and the man started arguing. The woman waited the argument out in a bathroom and she claims that's when he came in touching her and raped her. She claims she went to a hospital the same day and says hospital staff observed physical evidence of forceful rape. She claims hospital staff notified LAPD. And of course, the rapper is denying the entire story while police are investigating him.
