Kevin Hart has had some ups and downs in his career, but this one is a win. Remember when Kevin was being extorted with a sex tape? Well, he took this person to court and was able to get the suit dismissed. According to Hotnewhiphop.com, “A federal judge in California ruled that the claims made against Hart in the lawsuit should be tossed out because the suit was "brought to the wrong venue."....Hart's made several attempts to get the case dismissed.”
Kevin also had a $7 Million Dollar dismissed as well recently. Kevin must have a four leaf clover!
