Months after Pop Smoke was shot and killed, there are now 5 people in custody for his death. According to The LA Times, there were 5 people who were arrested on warrants in connection to Pop's murder. He was shot and killed during a home invasion back in February. There were 3 adults and 2 juveniles arrested and taken into custody during early morning searches after a lengthy investigation by the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division. Authorities said the suspects didn't know Pop Smoke personally but they believe Pop posted his location on social media and that's how the suspects found him. LAPD Capt. John Tippet said, "We are confident we have the five individuals responsible for the killing of Bashar Jackson." How crazy is it these guys were arrested almost a week after Pop Smoke's posthumous album was released.
