Philly Mayor To Modify The Yellow Phase For Pandemic

While a lot of cities are slowly reopening from everything being closed down during the covid-19, city mayor have put out their plans for how their cities would be re-open. Philly Mayor Jim Kenney said we are now in the yellow phase and we could be close to seeing green pretty soon, as of July. He wants to make sure the city opens with care and not be like a few other states who have increased numbers of covid-19 because they opened too soon. So far, the numbers here seem to be flattened. With the yellow phase, there is now restaurant dining outside on patios, but gyms, entertainment venues, salons and barbershops are still closed. However, Mayor Kenney is modifying the yellow phase, by allowing residential swimming pools and private swim clubs to open as well as zoos (outside only), plus salons and barbers and that can be as soon as June 26. To get a full grasp of things and how we will move into the green phase, check out the full details here.
