"Empire" star, Bryshere Gray is facing a lawsuit because his landlord is pissed. According to TMZ, Bryshere, also known as Yazz, is being sued for about $26k. His landlord claims there is a lot of damage in his apartment caused by Yazz's dog. But is a lawsuit really necessary? Well the landlords of the Chicago condo claim Yazz left his dog in the home unattended for extended periods of time and the dog basically used the home as a huge restroom. The landlords say the dog's urine and feces damaged the hardwood floors, stairs and other parts of the property, but they also claim Yazz would smoke weed when smoking wasn't allowed under the lease, and they had other complaints as well. Yazz's team said it will get taken care of. But isn't there usually a security deposit to help out a little?
