Last Friday, the state of Georgia opened a few businesses. The Gov. decided to flip the switch on the state, however, some people didn't think it was time. Although Gov. Brian Kemp said gyms, salons, bowling alleys and restaurants could open, there were people like rapper Killer Mike who said he refused to put his clients at risk for COVID-19. But Killer Mike said he would not open his barbershops right away. Meanwhile, 2 Chainz was ready to open his restaurants for sit-in customers, but it looks like he had a change of heart. The rapper has two restaurants, Escobar Restaurant and Tapas, and his business partner Snoop Dillard said they were prepared to keep their employees and customers safe. However, they decided to stick to the carry-out only instead of dine-in, according to TMZ. But on top of that, 2 Chainz decided to give out free food and feed the homeless from his restaurant on Monday. His restaurant is still open for carry-out only, but I'm pretty sure his decision not to reopen right away was a good look for the community who also feel the state isn't quite ready with the pandemic.
