Okay, these are just my opinions, but you really can't listen to anything the President says. Remember when he was talking about getting the economy back up and moving from the COVID-19 pandemic. He wanted to open the country back up by Easter. Now he seems to be changing that tone when he heard Gov. Brian Kemp of Georgia say he will reopen his state on Friday. The President says it's too soon. Well wasn't that the same thing his administration and doctors were saying to him back in March when he suggested Easter? Meanwhile, here in Pennsylvania, Gov. Tom Wolf will roll out a 3-phase plan to slowly reopen the state amid the pandemic. Come May 8, things may change a bit as Gov. Wolf unveils his color-coded phase. The state will reopen but is subject to change based on COVID-19 cases. Some of the restrictions will start to ease up in a little over a week. So about those cases, Gov. Wolf said a region or county will need to average fewer than 50 new positive cases of the virus per 100,000 residents for 14 days in order to begin moving out of the lockdown, according to NBC 10. Take a look at his chart, which reminds you of traffic lights, as we are currently in the red. Right now, red means residents are under orders to stay home and all "non-life-sustaining" businesses are closed. We will go from red to yellow then to green. Are you ready to reopen?
