SMH: 4 Year Old Girl Shot & Killed in Northeast Philly
4 people are being questioned after a 4 year old girl was shot and killed in a Northeast Philadelphia home. Investigators say they were all in the home at the time of the shooting and it is highly unlikely that she accidentally shot herself.
