Another celebrity is stepping up to help out his community. Saturday Night Live's Michael Che revealed his grandmother passed away from COVID-19, yet, he continued to keep a smile during this past Saturday's SNL Weekend Update. Well, he is passing that smile on to others because he will pay rent for some people in New York, according to his Instagram post. He realizes there are people who aren't working and can't pay bills or rent. So Michael said it's not much but he will pay one month's rent for 160 apartments in the housing projects where his grandmother lived. He thinks it's crazy and asks for the mayor and governor to help out and fix things like this for people living in public housing. Michael says it's not much, yet, it is!
