NBA Tells Players to Be Prepared to Play Without Fans, LeBron Says No

With the spread of coronavirus, everyone is taking precautions. Of course we know about washing our hands thoroughly, but what about celebrities coming in contact with their fans. Well the NBA is trying to prevent any germs. A few weeks ago, I heard the players were asked not to sign fans' paraphernalia if the fans offered their own pens. The league doesn't even want players to high five or shake fans' hands. Well last Friday, according to the Associated Press, the NBA sent out a memo advising teams to prepare for the possibility of playing games without fans or media present. Sounds a bit much and crazy, right? They also want to prepare for temperature checks on the players, staff and others. One person who isn't down for it is LeBron James. Basically, LeBron said he isn't playing in an empty arena. He says he plays for his fans. However, we are quite sure that he will do what his contract pays him to do. But, we get it.
