There was a cheating moment in Kevin Hart's life where he messed around with someone while married to Eniko Hart. The bad thing is Kevin's friend tried to extort him for money after recording Kevin's affair with the woman, Montia Sabbag. Well Sabbag decided to sue Kevin for $60 million claiming Kevin and his friend, J.T. Jackson, conspired to tape the sex act. Well, Kevin wants that lawsuit thrown out because he wasn't given the papers properly. According to TMZ, Kevin wants the case dismissed because he claims the process server "simply threw a set of papers out of a car window in view of a security guard" outside the gate of his home. Now of course, everything went down back in 2017 and Sabbag had Kevin served with the papers just in January of this year. On top of that, Kevin's security guard snapped a photo of the server dropping off the papers that show the legal stuff lying on the ground outside the server's car. Just sloppy.
