Just when you thought we were done hearing about Jussie Smollett, nope, he's back in the news. This time, Jussie is in the news because he is being indicted and is facing felony charges in Chicago again. Yes, this all stems from his alleged homophobic attack last year. The Chicago police department said they were lied to, and according to TMZ, Jussie faces 6 felony counts for lying to police. And let's not forget the City of Chicago is suing the actor for the man power for the hours the police spent looking for suspects for a situation they believed Jussie staged with two brothers. Initially, the charges against Jussie were dropped in March 2019 and he always claimed innocent even though there was lack of evidence to prove he staged the hate crime. He is due back in court on February 24.
