There is nothing like having support and love from your family and mainly, your parents. With a lot that is going on in the world, sometimes all you need is that love and support. That's what Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union are giving their son, Zion, who will now be going by the name, Zaya. They have been supportive of their 12-year-old who came out to them as a member of the LGBTQ a while back. Dwayne sat with The Ellen DeGeneres Show and shared how he and Gabrielle embraced the change of the name from Zion to Zaya. Dwayne told Ellen, "Me and my wife Gabrielle Union are proud parents of a child in the LGBTQ+ community" and added they "are proud allies as well. We take our roles and our responsibility as parents very seriously." Hey, love wins!
