Jussie Smollet seems like he has been laying low after the whole craziness that was his "attack." Of course the City of Chicago had their police go low and high to find the suspects who allegedly attacked the actor. However, the City of Chicago determined Jussie planned attack with two brothers the actor knows. From that, Chicago has decided to sue Jussie for the man hours it took to find the alleged suspects. TMZ has reported that Jussie is countersuing. He claims the Osundairo brothers were held for 47 hours and they adamantly denied any involvement in the assault. He says it was only after they were assured they'd get immunity that they started talking about a fake attack. He believes the cops created the idea that Jussie was the mastermind behind the attack. Jussie is suing the City, the Osundairo brothers and several officials because he still insists he was attacked by two white men.
