SMH: Pastor and Wife Among Group Accused of Stealing Over $1M from Churchgoers
People who steal in the name of religion are a special type of grimey. Pastor Keith Collins and his wife, Carolyn, from Delaware County, were among 5 that have been accused with stealing over $1 million from what reports are calling "some of the most vulnerable people". The pastor allegedly convinced these people to transfer their guardianship to them when they could no longer support themselves independently.
