Antonio Brown is not backing down from claiming innocent in the situation with his former trainer. Britney Taylor is his former trainer who is suing him for sexual assault. Antonio denies her allegations, and admitted to having a consensual personal relationship with Taylor. Things could have been done had he signed over $2 million in a settlement to Taylor, but he rejected the settlement. According to ESPN, Antonio had a deadline last Sunday night to sign on the agreement before the civil lawsuit would be filed. But since he didn't sign off, the suit was filed on Tuesday. But it seems like he is sticking to his guns on this and not settling because he said it was all consensual. Since there is no current criminal investigation, Antonio was allowed to play on Sunday. However, the NFL is expected to meet with Taylor in the upcoming week to determine where the investigation goes next. We will see what happens soon.
