Mary J. Blige has been named the recipient of this year's Lifetime Achievement Award at the 19th annual BET Awards. Previous recipients of the BET honor include Anita Baker, New Edition, Charlie Wilson, Prince, Whitney Houston, Diana Ross and James Brown. Blige will receive the honor during the ceremony, which will be hosted by Regina Hall and air live on BET at 8 p.m. ET on June 23 from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
