SMH: Mother Murders Infant Daughter, Throws Son then Herself Off of Balcony
What the hell is wrong with people? These kids would have been better off in foster care than this. Tierra Ortega was charged with murdering her 7 month old daughter after beating her to death. She then threw her 1 year old son off of a balcony before jumping herself. The boy suffered a broken foot but survived.
