SMH: Body Cam Shows Officers Punching Handcuffed Inmate in His Face

Isn't it good enough that you have so many of us in cages? How can hitting a defenseless person make you feel better? This is a damn shame. Body camera footage has been released of two correctional officers assaulting an inmate while he was handcuffed inside his cell. The inmate, 19 year old Terry Whitehead, is suing the two officers, David Schwartz and Devan Edwards for excessive force, assault and battery. They were both fired for excessive force.
