Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish's "Night School" was the top movie of the weekend. Deadline reports Night School brought in $28 million in its first weekend, the highest for a 2018 comedy film. Although early predictions estimated Night School would make $30 million, it still easily beats the other genre’s other opening weekend totals. This includes Blockers’ $20 million and Game Night’s $17 million.
