Crazy: 75 People Shot This Weekend in Chicago

Just when you thought things were slowly progressing, violence explodes.

Chicago has become known for being one of the most dangerous cities in America and this weekend proved it. Between 3 p.m. Friday and early Monday morning, 75 people were shot, including 12 fatally. Surprisingly, the 1,700 people that have been shot this year in Chicago is less than the previous two years at this time. Some of the shootings were in public spaces including a block party and funeral. This stuff has to stop, but at this rate what could really end it? It's sad to think about.
