Police Brutally Arrest Teenage Autistic Boy Looking for His Cat

America keeps proving that if you are black, you pose a threat. 

A 13 year old boy was physically assaulted on camera while being arrested by police. The boy, who is mentally disabled, was out looking for his missing cat. Since when does losing a pet make someone a criminal? This all went down in Baltimore, where we know crooked cops run rampant. One of the officers could be heard seeing he was going to "send the kid to the f***ing hostpital."
