Jamie Foxx is being accused of slapping a woman with his penis nearly 16 years ago when she refused to give him oral sex. The woman told police she went to a party at Foxx's home in Las Vegas in 2002 The woman told TMZ that after the alleged incident, one of Foxx's friends told her she had to leave. She claims she went to a hospital the next day when she got back home to L.A. to get treatment for a severe panic attack. Jamie calls the claim an 'absurd lie.'
