Tyler Perry kept true to his word on giving back to his community. The business mogul donated $100 thousand to a school in Atlanta, Georgia. Perry opened his heart and wallet to Booker T. Washington high school to help a major sewage problem at the school. He learned of the school's problems after doing an interview with a student, Nzinga Hendricks, who discussed some molding issues concerning the band uniforms. He promised the institution that he would this issue and he meant it. He stated, " I want to make sure that i'm doing what I can to help, so it's awesome that these are kids are together.
