Tom Wolf was born on November 17, 1948 and raised in York, PA. He is the owner of The Wolf Organization and currently lives in Mount Wolf, PA with his wife, Frances, and two daughters. Wolfe received his B.A. from Dartmouth College, his M.A. from University of London, and his Ph.D. from MIT before joining the Peace Corps. He was appointed to an economic development board by Gov. Bob Casey and served on the Legislative Commission on Urban Schools. He later took the job of Secretary of Revenue in Gov. Ed Rendell's cabinet and is credited with strengthening the state lottery system while serving in that office.
