It's finally official, Derrick Fisher has signed a 5 year 25 million dollar coaching deal with the New York Knick's. Phil Jackson looks to have gotten what he wanted for the head coach area, now all Phil should be focused on is re-signing Carmelo Anthony. Could Derrick Fisher be the missing link and the helping hand to bringing back Carmelo, we'll just have to wait and see.


According to ESPN, Derek Fisher is rumored to have agreed to a 5- year 25 million offer to coach the Knicks. Moreover, sources say that the Knicks new president Phil Jackson has set his eyes on Fisher for the position since Steve Kerr unexpectedly decided to take the Golden State Warrior’s job.
