Today, the Eagles continued joint practices with the Patriots in New England. And although Cary Williams has been at the center of attention for his remarks about the Patriots being cheaters, there was an Eagle on the other side of the ball that garnered all of the attention this morning.

According to ESPN, Philadelphia wide receiver Jeremy Maclin has tweaked his left hamstring. Maclin missed the entire 2013 season due to a torn ACL in his right leg.

Maclin called the move to sit out of practice "precautionary," as he hopes to still play in this Friday's preseason game against New England.

Hopefully, Maclin is right and this will not end up being a big deal because Riley Cooper has also been sidelined in a boot for a portion of training camp.
