With the announcement of the first active-openly gay football player in Michael Sam, it was only a matter of time til some NFL players expressed their uneasy feelings with having a gay teammate in the locker room. One such player is free agent and former Super Bowl champion Raheem Brock.
When TMZ ran into the defensive end in the video above, and asked him how he thought the shower dynamic in the locker room would change with a gay player there, Brock had this to say: "Guys won't go in the shower if they know a guy's gay in there. They gonna feel uncomfortable." Taking it a step further, Brock stated that he would stay at his locker and "chill until [the gay teammate's] done getting out of the shower."
What do you think about Brock statement? Was he out of line? Or fair in his opinion?
