We've already seen Cleveland Brown's wide out, Josh Gordon, in trouble with marijuana this off-season and it appears he won't be the only young star to fall.
TMZ Sports is reporting that the Edmond Police Department report stated that Blackmon crossed lanes into on-coming traffic to get around stopped cars. During the traffic stop, officers detected smells of marijuana from Blackmon's 2007 Chrysler 300 sedan which led to handcuffs and a vehicle search.
According to police, Blackmon admitted to possessing one smoked blunt and one fresh blunt packed away in a Swisher Sweets box.
Blackmon was jailed and cited for possession and "improper passing on the left." The officers also noted that Blackmon was "extremely honest and cooperative" throughout the incident.
It's not Blackmon's first brush with the law -- the 24-year-old was busted for DUI back in 2012 and 2010 ... and he's currently suspended from the NFL for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
