Macy's Sued Over 2Pac Merchandise

These photographers aren't paying any games these days. You know how a few photographers are coming for Kylie and Kendall Jenner over the use of famous rappers the girls used for their shirts. TMZ reports a photographer, Chi Modu, who is known for his portraits of hip-hop artists, is suing Macy's and Urban Outfitters. He claims a merchandising company used his photo of 2Pac without permission and the company sold the shirts to the department stores and naturally, they sold them to the public. The stores never got permission either. The crazy thing is, Modu had an agreement withe the company to use his 2Pac photos one time, but it expired in 2016.
