- After the Renaissance tour announcement closed her Etsy shop, Beyoncé's disco-style cowboy hat designer experienced the Bey impact.
- Abby Misbin, known as "Trending by Abby" on Etsy, claims that a stylist for Beyoncé contacted her last June, asking for a mirrored cowboy hat in five days. Abby made and sold the hat for $215.
- While Beyoncé wore the hat for the release of her Renaissance album, and again, it was featured in her tour announcement, this time, Abby wasn’t ready for the number of requests she would get for the hat.
- Abby says she usually gets about five to six orders a week, however, after the tour announcement, she got 60 orders in one day! Due to Abby's hand-making each hat, she has had to shut down her Etsy account.
