Meek Mill Wants A Piece Of Elon Musk's $44B Twitter Empire

  • The Philadelphia-bred rapper openly requested the world's current richest person to open up investment opportunities on the world's most important social media platform on Thursday (May 5).
  • Meek tweeted on Thursday (May 5), “Elon musk let us invest in Twitter with you ‘big homie.'” Although Musk is pretty active on Twitter, he has yet to respond to Meek’s request.
  • Twitter is still a publicly traded firm on the New York Stock Exchange, so Meek Mill can own a modest stake for around $50 per share.
  • Among the many changes, Elon Musk has teased is taking Twitter private, which means that after the transaction is complete, no one will be able to buy more shares.
