Nike Puts Hold on Releasing Travis Scott Collab After Astroworld Tragedy

Since the tragedy that happened at Astroworld, Travis Scott may be reeling in a lot of thoughts. He has been sued as well as organizers of the festival, for about $750 million by the victims families and others. And it seems as if people who worked with Travis on other ventures, are putting projects on pause. Nike worked with Travis but they decided to postpone the release of the Air Max 1 x Cactus Jack. TMZ reports the kicks were slated to go live on December 16 at 7 AM but Nike decided to postpone the drop. On Monday, a statement was released from Nike saying, "Out of respect for everyone impacted by the tragic events at the Astroworld Festival, we are postponing the launch of the Air Max 1 x Cactus Jack." Damn! One thing they could do, is release the show with some of the profits going to the victims. Just a thought.
