Cardi B is still celebrating the birth of her new child and isn't trying to have anything stop that happiness. The only thing is, people outside of her circle don't care about her happiness because in their mind, she messed up their happiness. She is about to go to trial after being sued for her mixtape cover. Remember that album cover, where she is sitting back drinking in beer and a tattooed man is in between her legs? Well that man, Kevin Brophy is suing Cardi, saying that is his image, but never posed or gave Cardi permission to use his likeness. According to TMZ, the trial is supposed to happen next month, but Cardi filed papers asking for a delay since she just gave birth earlier this month. It's not just that baby's birth, but Cardi is concerned about traveling from the East Coast to the West Coast and mentions COVID as an issue in regards to traveling as well. We're not sure how a judge will respond because even while pregnant, Cardi was performing. But the judge hasn't made a decision, yet.
