I thought things were cool between Russell Simmons and his ex-wife, Kimora Lee-Simmons. But he is now trying to sue her. Russ is suing Kimora and her husband Tim Leisnner for allegedly taking shares from an energy drink company, Celsius, to pay Tim's legal fees. By the way, Tim pleaded guilty to money laundering and criminal conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Well Russ said they are stealing that money to help him as collateral for bond. Russ and Kimora invested in the drink company years ago and he wants his shares back. Russell said he didn’t know about the alleged transfer, let alone give permission for it. His suspicions were raised when his new accountants came across a “substantial unexplained change” concerning his stake in Celsius. If she did take those shares to help her husband and his criminal background, that's just dirty.
