G Herbo faces charges of basically lying about his lifestyle. He was in trouble for fraud and identity theft, charging up credit cards for luxury items like travel and material things. According to Hip Hop Wired, Herbo is now facing new charges of lying to an FBI agent back in 2018 during the investigation. The charges allege Herbo lied to an agent regarding what he knew of the fraud scheme. Herbo misled an agent saying he didn't have a relationship with Chicago rap promoter Antonio Strong, who is assumed of leading the identity theft and fraud scheme. Herbo also lied by saying he never exchanged money with Strong and went so far as to say he didn’t know the man. The investigation revealed that Herbo did indeed get private jet flights and other luxury items. That could be a lot to handle for his pregnant girlfriend, Taina, who has been seen getting luxury gifts from the rapper.
