Irv Gotti Says DMX Overdosed on 'Bad Dose Of Crack'

  • During a recent interview, Irv Gotti revealed an alleged cause of death for DMX.
  • He said, "They said it was a bad dose of crack, and they said some drug Fentanyl was mixed in with the crack, and that’s what made him overdose."
  • He added, "When when he got to the hospital, he got diagnosed with COVID, and he couldn’t breathe — you know that COVID messes with your respiratory system — so that’s why he had to get hooked up to the ventilator. But they said before he did, they was, ‘His brain died.'"
  • He also shares that he is at peace with DMX's passing. "He said, " I just feel like he’s up there, he’s at peace, and he’s not fighting no demons no more, and he’s in a better place. When I die, I’ll see my man again."
