Cop Who Shot Jacob Blake Will Not Be Charged

You know, there will be a time where we will see justice being served for the way some of these cops handle or deal with black people. Jacob Blake, a black man from Kenosha, Wisconsin, was shot in the back after cops arrived to what seemed to be a domestic dispute. Sources say Blake was just trying to break up the dispute. If you recall, a cop basically chased Blake down as he walked to his car, refusing to listen to the cop's orders to halt. When Blake opened his car, the cop, Rusten Sheskey, started firing into Blake's back. Thankfully, Blake survived, although he is now paralyzed from the waist down. What makes matters worst is that the cop will not be criminally charged for shooting Blake. According to TMZ, Kenosha County District Attorney Michael D. Graveley made the announcement on Tuesday, saying after careful review and investigation, they don't see where a law was broken by the cop. He said Sheskey was acting in self-defense and it was necessary for the cop to use lethal force to stop Jacob from potentially harming him or others. Wow! All of that, even though Blake was unarmed. And can you believe the cop still hasn't been terminated, but of course, on administrative leave.
