G Herbo Pleads Not Guilty in His Fraud Case

It looks like G Herbo is sticking to his guns when he says he is innocent. The rapper was accused of a credit card fraud scheme with a few associates. Feds were after the rapper for allegedly conspiring to defraud businesses with stolen credit cards over four years to pay for fancy vacations and more. Well according to TMZ, he appeared in court via Zoom, in front of a judge to plead not guilty. Herbo posted a $75k bail but there's a lot that comes with that bail. G Herbo had to surrender his passport and even if he wants to do some domestic traveling, he will need permission. Of course, we know Herbo likes to help out the community, but he can't sell or give away any assets worth more than $50k, and on top of all of that, he cannot open any new lines of credit. Well, that part makes sense considering the case.
