Fashion Nova Sued Over Playboy Bunny-Looking Costume

Fashion Nova is good for producing clothes that are similar to name brands and of course they can get them in trouble. The clothing brand is now in trouble with Playboy. Fashion Nova is rolling out a bunny costume. No problem, right? The only thing is that it is very similar to the famous Playboy bunny costumes. TMZ reports Playboy is suing Fashion Nova for trademark infringement for stealing their iconic costume. It's very similar because Fashion Nova's bunny costume, includes cuffs, collar, bowtie, corset, ribbon name tag, bunny ears and tail and are for sale on the website. So get this, they call it Bunny of the Month, which, is very close to Playboy's Playmate of the Month trademark. I think Playboy definitely has a legit lawsuit here, especially since they sent FN a cease and desist and FN continued to sell the bunny costume. Let's see what Fashion Nova will do.
