Doc Rivers Heads to Philly to Coach the Sixers

Well that was fast! Doc Rivers decided to leave the Clippers in what is called a mutual agreement after the NBA playoffs. He made that announcement this week. He has a disappointing season with the Clippers. But after that announcement, people were wondering what was next for the coach and former NBA player. Well, moves have been made. Doc is coming to Philadelphia and will become the head coach of the Sixers, according to ESPN. Doc agreed to a 5-year deal with the Sixers and the players are excited about that. On top of that, since he has coached an NBA team to win the Championships, this is definitely a good look for the Sixers.
