Travis Scott Sued Over "Highest in the Room" Melody

It's lit! That's all I hear when I think of Travis Scott's song. Well one of is his songs could get him in trouble. According to TMZ, Travis' song "Highest in the Room" may have been ripped off from another producer, Benjamin Lasnier. Lasnier says he wrote and recorded a melody that was featured in Travis' song. Lasnier apparently posted this melody (guitar recording) on his IG stories and another man, Jamie Lepr, and struck a deal, that wasn't formal. The next thing you know, Lasnier claims he heard a melody in "Highest in the Room" and says it's very similar to his melody. Now, Lasnier is asking a judge to break him off some of the profits from the song. However, a source close to Travis tells says it's beef between producers and it has nothing to do with Travis directly.
