R. Kelly Denied Again For Jail Release Over COVID-19 Concerns

This quarantine has R. Kelly going through it. Okay, he was already going through it before the COVID-19 pandemic. Of course he is still serving time in jail while awaiting some trials but he was trying to be released over COVID-19 concerns. According to TMZ, his lawyer asked a judge for the second time, to release R. Kelly because he feels his client was at risk. The lawyer claimed an inmate on R. Kelly's flood was hospitalized for COVID-19. However, the judge said no, again. The judge said Kelly's motion for release on bond did not present enough evidence the singer is uniquely at risk to contract the coronavirus. On top of that, Kelly has more troubles because he owes Uncle Sam almost $2 million and his lawyers said if he were free, he couldn't just flee because he owes money and has no money to just get up and go.
