Fanatics Turns Jerseys into Medical Gowns and Masks

People and celebrities are doing what they can to combat the COVID-19. A lot of celebrities have stepped up to donate money for a lot of different things towards the pandemic, whether it's to help feed people or to even help get medical supplies. The Sixers parter Michael Rubin is now stepping up as well. His company, Fanatics, which makes official MLB uniforms are putting jersey production on pause and are using the materials for the jerseys to make essential products for frontline workers in Pennsylvania, according to TMZ. Rubin plans on making 1 million masks and gowns to help out. And yes, you will notice a few of the stripes from teams like the Phillies on the new gowns, but hey, it's something to help our medical professionals when they already lack a of lot of equipment.
