Joel Embiid Donates $500k To Covid-19 Relief and Sixers Staff

Everywhere you look, there is a celebrity here or there who is donating their own money help coronavirus relief efforts. It definitely shows these celebrities aren't selfish, but caring. Sixers Joel Embiid is on that list now. According to Hip Hop Wired, the baller has decided to donate $500k to the COVID-19 relief and also to the Sixers staff workers, who, of course aren't working because of the basketball season being canceled. This will definitely help the staff workers because ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski says Sixers' employees took a 20% pay cut due to the NBA suspension. Of course, that was so dope of Joel, however, Twitter was rolling calling out the Sixers owner, Josh Harris, and the lack of help he's providing.
