Gov. Tom Wolf Issues "Stay at Home" Order for All Philly Suburbs
I think we knew that this was going to come sooner or later. Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all residents of Philadelphia and all of its surrounding counties to stay at home. Unless you are leaving your home for food, medicine or medical attention, you can be issued a citation. Businesses deemed necessary are to remain open.
