Canada and Australia Pull Out of Olympics 2020 in Tokyo

As a lot of activities have been postponed like annual concerts and festivals, even the Penn Relays have been postponed here in Philly. But people were wondering what's up with the Olympics 2020. This year, it's supposed to happen in Tokyo. And with the COVID-19 having it's first outbreaks in China, that's a little too close for comfort. Plus, you have the idea of avoiding large gatherings although the Olympics kicks off in July. But there are a few teams pulling out of the Olympics. According to The Guardian, Canada has become the first country to warn that it won’t send its athletes to the Tokyo Olympics unless they are postponed for a year. On top of that, Australia has also pulled out of the competition. Australia told their athletes to prepare to compete for 2021. It has gotten to the point that Japan is now considering postposing the games. While it hasn't been confirmed, yet, New Zealand said they'd consider a boycott if the Olympics goes has planned for July.
