It's nothing like having your past catch up with you. Of course, that's what happened to Kenneth Petty, Nicki Minaj's husband. He was arrested last week after being pulled over back in November. He had some issues then because he didn't register as a sex offender when he moved to California. He'd register in New York, just now his current living state. But TMZ reports he has not registered. Kenneth is now entered into the California Megan's Law database, which tracks sex offenders in the state. Of course when we first talked about him not being registered, he was slapped with a lot of restrictions. He has to wear an ankle monitor, get permission to travel and he can't use any drugs, even legal ones while in California.
